This three-year community college program aims to provide students with sound overall quality and professional moral standard, proficient skills in visual communication design and planning, and relatively strong practical skills in self-learning, innovation, communication, and adaptability to surrounding world. Students in this program are well prepared for application-oriented design talents proficient in modern art design, who can work as creative planners, graphic designers, advertisement designers, web designers, and film-making visual effect producers.
