Product Design (centering around gemstone jewelry design) (Arts applicants, four-year undergraduate program, bachelor of arts)
Traveling in the jewelry world, and discovering charms of gemstone via design.
This undergraduate program was chosen in 2015 as talent-training programs for emerging (pillar) industry of national strategic importance within Hubei higher educational institutions.
This undergraduate program aims to provide students with a solid foundation of jewelry design and basic knowledge related to gemstone. Students in this program are well prepared for high-quality application-oriented talents to design jewelry from both gemstone and other materials, to master jewelry-making technique, to design gemstone cut, to design and display gemstone advertisements, to complete independently jewelry-design projects with proficient jewelry-making skills.
